Below you will find information on wedding services we provide. Please keep in mind that all packages are customizable. This is just a guideline to services we provide.

At Over the Top Events we specialize in organizing stylish, unique weddings that will make your dream come true.

We offer the full range of wedding services with a personal touch from  helping you find the perfect venue for your reception, ensuring that fittings for your wedding dress run smoothly and liaising with your caterers and other vendors.

Depending on your wishes and in accordance with your budget, we can provide several levels of service.

Full-service planning

We will take care of all the details, including (but not limited to) invitations, floral and seating arrangements, wedding favors, hotel accommodations for your out-of-town guests, transportation and more.

On the day of your wedding, we will provide on-site support so that you can relax and enjoy your special day with your guests.

Get Me Started Package
This package is meant for clients who wish to plan their wedding but need help getting started. This package includes:
  • Practical planning advice
  • Tips on etiquette
  • Budget preparation
  • Vendor referrals- 2 in each category
  • Personalized Wedding time line and roles of attendants.
  • Advice on design and decor.

This investment starts at $300.

Make My Day Perfect Package
This package is for clients who have planned their wedding but want direction of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception for a flawless day. This package includes:
  • Two hours of face-to-face consultation prior to your wedding to discuss, finalize, and confirm all wedding arrangements
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts
  • Personalized itinerary and time line furnished to all of your wedding vendors and wedding party
  • Etiquette tips
  • Walk through of ceremony and reception sites
  • On site direction of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. (12hours to be divided as needed between 3 events. If needed longer, hourly charge is $50/hour).
  • Ensure delivery, set up, and break down of all accessories, rentals, and decorations at ceremony and reception site
  • Make sure all items are given to designated person to be delivered to wedding couple
  • Two event producers at rehearsal, ceremony, and reception . If additional assistant needed, it will  be billed at $200 for first 8 hours, $50 per hour for additional time needed.

This investment starts at $950.

Complete Planning Package
This package is designed for clients who need help throughout their wedding planning. This package includes:

  • Four hours of face-to-face consultation prior to your wedding to discuss, finalize, and confirm all wedding arrangements
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts
  • Personalized itinerary and time line furnished to all of your wedding vendors and wedding party
  • Event concept and design
  • Etiquette tips 
  • Budget development and analysis 
  • Maintaining and tracking all payments
  • Vendor suggestion and confirmations
  • Walk through of ceremony and reception sites
  • Design of seating charts for ceremony and reception
  • On site direction of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. (14 hours to be divided as needed between 3 events. If needed longer, hourly charge is $50/hour).
  • Ensure delivery, set up, and break down of all accessories, rentals, and decorations at ceremony and reception site
  • Make sure all items are given to designated person to be delivered to wedding couple
  • Two event producers at rehearsal, ceremony, and reception . If additional assistant needed, it will  be billed at $200 for first 8 hours, $50 per hour for additional time needed.

The Ultimate Dream Package
This package is designed to totally pamper the bride. It is all inclusive from the engagement to the honeymoon. This package includes:
  • Six hours of face-to-face consultation prior to your wedding to discuss, finalize, and confirm all wedding arrangements
  • Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts
  • Personalized itinerary and time line furnished to all of your wedding vendors and wedding party
  • Event concept and design 
  • Etiquette tips 
  • Budget development and analysis 
  • Maintaining and tracking all payments 
  • Vendor suggestion, scheduling of vendor appointments, accompany bride to each vendor appointment, and confirmation of vendors
  • Assistance in choosing wedding party attire
  • Help establish registries
  • Walk through of ceremony and reception sites
  • Design of seating charts for ceremony and reception
  • On site direction of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. (16 hours to be divided as needed between 3 events. If needed longer, hourly charge is $50/hour).
  • Ensure delivery, set up, and break down of all accessories, rentals, and decorations at ceremony and reception site
  • Make sure all items are given to designated person to be delivered to wedding couple
  • Two event producers at rehearsal, ceremony, and reception . If additional assistant needed, it will be billed at $200 for first 8 hours, $50 per hour for additional time needed
  • Assist in writing engagement announcement and submitting it to the appropriate newspaper(s).
  • Assist in paper selection, such as invitations, save the date cards, etc.
  • Type information to take to the calligrapher for invitations, save the date cards, or any other wedding stationary
  • Schedule and confirm day of beauty.
  • RSVP tracking.
  • Assist in finding accommodations for out of town guests
  • Provide itinerary, maps, and/or directions to guests.
  • Assist in honeymoon plans.
This investment starts at $3500.
